Welcome to the TRADOC Mentoring Program
We are thrilled to unveil the TRADOC Mentoring Program (TMP), meticulously crafted to foster a vibrant atmosphere of mentorship, personal development, knowledge exchange, and synergy throughout the TRADOC community. The TMP supports the TRADOC Civilian Implementation Plan (CIP) strategic priorities and objectives with a particular emphasis on Objective 5.4: “The Civilian Human Resources Directorate (CHRD) is dedicated to designing, executing, overseeing, and SUSTAINING a Command Mentorship Program.”
Vision
A team of innovative and adaptive Civilian Human Resource professionals who provide exceptional service and support to meet the ever-changing challenges for TRADOC, the Army and the Department of Defense.
Participation in the Mentoring Program is strictly voluntary.
MISSION
Enable mission success by providing Civilian Human Resource (CHR) support to TRADOC organizations. Deliver expert CHR consultation, leadership, and guidance throughout the career lifecycle of Army Civilian Professionals. Design, develop, and influence Command and Army-wide initiatives to recruit and sustain the civilian workforce.
